Each JOANNA MEFIRE piece is handmade-to-order in Germany once an order is placed. Ready to ship in 2 weeks.

Germany – 1-3 working days
Europe – 3-5 working days
International – 7-14 working days

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the customer themselves. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

Returns

As all pieces are made to order from start to finish, we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind or if the garment does not fit. For this reason, the cancellation rule stated in the cancellation policy under section "right for revocation" does not apply as per provision § 312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 BGB. However, we offer cancellation period of up to 24 hours after placing an order. After that, cancellation is no longer possible as we would have initiated the production processes. 

While we are unable to offer refunds post delivery, we are happy to offer you a voucher should your purchase not meet your expectations. For items to be eligible for vouchers, they must be sent back within 14 days of receiving items to the address found in the legal notice. Items mailed back in exchange for vouchers must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse voucher provision where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

All customers are advised to refer to the sizing chart provided on each product page, utilize the "Send Measurements" option when possible, or email us at hello@joannamefire.com with any questions before purchasing to ensure accurate sizing decisions

Exchanges and Alterations

We do accept exchanges and a free of charge alterations service if the fit of your purchase is not as desired, please email hello@joannamefire.com with the subject titled EXCHANGE & ALTERATIONS along with your ORDER NUMBER and details of your request within 7 days of delivery and instructions on what to do next will be provided to you.

Items must be unworn and in original condition as order received.

The return shipping cost and custom fees of exchanged items back to JOANNA MEFIRE are the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent back using a tracked service.
